Speed series returns to Sandown

The Supercheap Auto TCR Australia field is set for an intense showdown at Sandown, with just one point separating HMO Customer Racing Hyundai teammates Josh Buchan and Bailey Sweeny, making this round the final domestic-only event before the Kumho TCR World Tour joins in November; other storylines include the competition between GRM Peugeot teammates Aaron Cameron and Jordan Cox and the momentum of Tony D'Alberto in his Wall Racing Honda Civic Type R, while Will Brown aims to build on his dominant performance at Queensland Raceway.

Additionally, the Australian Formula Open will feature 13 exciting entries, including seven F3 and six F4 drivers, headlined by series leader Trent Grubel, who seeks to extend his lead over Ryan How, with an entertaining battle for third between Ryan Astley and Winston Van Laarhoven; the Gilmour Racing duo of Chris Gilmour and Jon Collins are also expected to deliver strong results.
